Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each piece is made to order and personalized individually. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Poland, European Union. Standard shipping by postal service is free of charge.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1-2 weeks

• United States: around 2 weeks

• Canada: 2-3 weeks

• Other countries: 3-4 weeks
  Express shipping may also be available for selected destinations.
  Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided whenever available and sent after your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import charges.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means import duties and taxes are paid in advance. You should not be charged additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error - we can change the address only before the order is shipped.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
